More ways to get nutrition into your daily plate -Try cooking with beans-black, white, navy, pinto, (just saute with your favorite vegetables for a great side dish). -Remember-eggs aren't just for breakfast. Add vegetables to make a filling and nutritious omelette for any time of day. -Rice is inexpensive and a great way to stretch a meal- add it to soup, or add some meat and vegetables for an instant stir fry |
